There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to treating substance use disorders.

Alcohol and drug use will vary from person to person, and each patient has unique needs on their path to healing. Like other health conditions, there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to treating substance use disorders.

Origins Counseling in Dallas, Texas, offers several treatment options for men and women seeking recovery. Our therapists provide in-person, intensive outpatient programming (IOP) and outpatient services (OP). No matter what your unique circumstances, we provide world-class treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders.

In-Person, Intensive Outpatient Program for Women

Women face unique challenges on the path to recovery, and we offer a gender-separate program the equips and inspires each woman for lifelong wellness. Our in-person, intensive outpatient program (IOP) for women provides a supportive and flexible environment that takes a woman’s work and home life into account. Overseen by our expert team of female therapists, this program addresses the same concerns as inpatient treatment, including trauma, grief, loss, body image issues, and healthy relationships.

Outpatient Treatment

Unlike residential care, outpatient programming allows you to maintain social, business, and family obligations while you immerse yourself in the process of recovery. Origins Counseling’s outpatient services are tailored to each patient’s needs, with time commitments ranging from a few hours a week to several hours a day. This treatment option consists of handpicked therapies provided in individual and group settings. Programs may also offer medical care and medication-assisted treatment for those who need it.

The Goals of Therapy
